| Well in the start I think it would be, unsettling and confusing. To start off I've been working for a BPO for 3 years now...on my third campaign now, representing a big franchise that deals with sales and services that only hits their scheduled appointments for demanding crybabies for customers 88% of the time, as per what the client mentioned. I don't know what they're doing state side but we are given duties to solve these issues and keep people happy, satisfied and loyal. Duty and Loyalty, two words that have been floating in and out of head these past few weeks of transitioning from one previous line of business to another. If I wasn't able to file leaves for friends' wedding during December, I might have had an early move too but due to some things, I was able to keep it in my then LOB. I was even able to hit or be part of the highest quality scores of the entire operation floor for a three month period until the start of the year where changes have gotten really rattling. Needless to say, changes were needed to be implemented and fast. So fast that the BPO couldn't explain themselves properly. But the way I see it, its competition. Of course a client can demand changes if they see these fit, most specially if it doesn't generate revenue. I wasn't receiving much calls, hence less chance to get needed scores. True that I wasn't hitting any marks because there were no targets to hit but to explain it that it was my fault is somewhat misleading. If this relationship of employer and employee is teamwork, then why the hell is it my fault, if we're a team? I'm one to complain but I don't like biting the that feeds, I just snarl at it and its just that. The operations manager made it clear that they don't like asking favors from lowly peasants, as if they're high in the caste for such grunts and peons. This was from the side of my former, now being introduced to the managers of the LOB they didn't want bottom ranking employees which made sense. Why cross train idiots, when they're idiots! If they mentioned that from the start I've immediately said yes without the use of misfired words and unimportant banter. They either trust me and they want to keep me employed. Then I came across these: Inspired by the CCG (nerd poker) that is also inspired by the book, authored by kindred swordsman. And as one in mind, my fief is in peril, I heed. I just hope they don't push towards the direction of a Ronin. | | |

| I was at my friend's spot/watering hole along P.Tuazon in Project 4, Cubao the other day catching up on stuff, I noticed this girl scoping me out, as my bud's way of looking at the vibe. It was closing time/last order so he was able to be my sparring partner instead of being the barkeep who just listens. He had me queue a playlist of unusual loves songs on the stereo for the house to listen to. He knew that I had the light, down tempo vibe that time. The girl had company along who happen to be his regulars, he asked them to mingle with us. It was a long time since I last saw anyone in slow motion. I never got past names, nor did I try to get any of their numbers. Now I'm just having pansit and recalling that day with that playlist swirling on my background now | | |
